I've worked with Randolph Bevins when he worked for Avarus Solutions as a client of theirs on a large-scale project over 2000 drops and 100's of thousands of feet of cable. Randolph exceeded my expectations. While I expected hard turnover of the project, I did not get that, we received more than we could have asked for. Laminated drawings, cable pathway maps, full rack deployment, weekly check-ins and status updates, print outs of cable attenuation and results, and lastly when we went live with our site he lead the team that was all-hands-on-deck in the event a physical issue arose that was unforeseen (cut/pinched cable, pulled out etc.) from other vendors moving in equipment/desks or colleagues setting their desks up for their new office. 

 

Randolph was extremely professional, and I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs any structured cable installed.

Randy was able to help us quickly and efficiently with a difficult diagnose-and-repair job on a fiber network installed in a remote location involving both indoor and outdoor components. We thought the problem was in one place; Randy was able to show us that the problem was actually in another place, was able to fix that problem, and was able to get our fiber backbone back up and running in a single day.

In my experience in IT, very often what makes it possible to resolve a problem quickly is the willingness of the team to do whatever it takes, even with imperfect information and under challenging physical conditions. In fiber optic networks in particular, underlying issues can be difficult to know with certainty ahead of time. Randy and his team were willing and able to work dynamically with imperfect information, and as a result, they were able to fix the problem in a short time, and get us back up and running on the same day.

We are very much looking forward to working with Randy and his team again and would recommend their services to all.
